The Client Solution Consultant (CSC) is knowledgeable about Sendinblue solutions and strategic client business cases. They are the bridge between Clients, Client-Facing and Product teams. The Client Solution Consultant has a substantial impact on internal product knowledge, product evolutions, product adoption, and perceived client value.


The successful candidate will act as a consultant to the Customer Success team and the clients. They will build strong success and growth plans for our enterprise customers.


As a Client Solution Consultant, you will:


  • Participate in client meetings with Customer Success Managers to understand customers’ business challenges and ensure SIB usage is effectively targeting the customers’ key objectives and KPIs
  • Be the internal product expert supporting the Customer Success team including feature launch training
  • Centralize business case and value proof
  • Generate new product ideas in close collaboration with the global product team to ensure proposed solutions remain aligned
  • Understand product selling points
  • Understand clients' use cases and how each Sendinblue solution can help them to achieve their business goals
  • Sectorial expertise: Global understanding of customer issues and ability to propose solutions adapted to an industry
  • Contribute to driving product adoption and stickiness, and increase the width and depth of use
  • Update the business-facing system functionality documents to reflect new features
  • Determine feature requirements and act as the expert of product road map and releases
  • Advocate global clients, centralize and represent their needs with SIB product team
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with the various stakeholders. For example, provide tailor-made workshops for our customers
  • Monitor adoption activity and develop strategies for clients, increasing low usage
What will contribute to your success:


  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • 4 years in a tech consultancy firm or experience in digital marketing, product , or e-commerce
  • Excellent understanding of clients' business cases
  • High proficiency in different marketing platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Have a keen interest in technology and be prepared to develop your knowledge to fully understand technical products and solutions
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to relate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
