Additional Details:

• 7.5 hours per day
• Doesn’t need someone who’s looking to move up, wants someone whose stable & secure, not a sales role
• No work required on weekend and CAD holiday

Work Experience requirement:

• Teller or other position at a Canadian Bank (Branch office)
• Familiar with daily financial transactions – cheque deposit, term deposit, line of credit, bank drafts, wires, loans, overdraft

:

• It’s required to work closely with the team for audit check on the processed transactions and fix any booking errors timely which includes generating audit reports to ensure all loans are aligned with system/our records.
• The candidate requires to key all financial transaction entries as signed and instructed by his/her team members timely.
• At the end of day, the candidate needs to handle all transactions related to payment exchange and same day funding and EOD loans timely.
• Call Loans is responsible for branch services to external brokers as well as BMO Nesbitt Burns. These services include processing loans as approved by BMO investment dealers, cheque certification, deposits, wire transfers, collateral management as well as assistance with general inquiries and investigation.
• Handle all requests from internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Throughout the day, it’s required to perform daylight overdraft limit checking for each client account at a specific time.
