Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to meet customer needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the HVAC, mechanical contracting or construction industry preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales tools and techniques, such as CRM systems and sales methodologies
