We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in financial institutions of all sizes and scales, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of their business. Each project is different, so you'll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We'll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. On this team, you'll have the unique opportunity to imagine the future as well as create it, where you can craft ideas and implement them for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will be part of the team that will advise clients with client information, data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations. You will work on client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development.

You enjoy working with large teams in complex contexts, delivering strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience and appetite for learning. We're looking for individuals with relevant experience or education in technology, engineering, financial services, or other related fields.

Ideally, you'll also have

Experience in

• Business and IT architecture
• Agile Methodology
• Data architecture, data flows and some understanding of data modelling
• IT strategy and roadmap
