The opportunity

As an CIAM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the project implementation and guiding the team on technical design and implementation of Customer Identity and Access Management solution. The ideal person must be experienced in driving CIAM technology changes, strategy and delivering projects, in cloud and on-premise environments. Must be familiar with risk framework, compliance and auditing controls required to implement access management on cloud based and on-premise resources. The person should have hands on experience with integration on different CIAM platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of customer life cycle use cases
• CIAM Platform establishment in on-prem and cloud env
• Providing technical expertise to complex relevant problems
• Customer data and credential migration strategy, implementation
• Implementing customized use cases and solution
• Maintaining client relationship and guide to success
• Designing and implementing Third Party integration
• Customer application integration to CIAM platform
• CIAM policy set up, audit compliance and implementing governance framework
• Implementing advance technologies as FIDO2, Identity Proofing, Passwordless authentication
• Leading technical deliveries and service offerings
• CIAM solution design and development
• Creating roadmap, strategy and technology fitment
• Defining risk framework and implementing fraud prevention solution

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong knowledge of web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST.
• Should have hands-on working knowledge of all phases (Design, Development, Testing) of CIAM solution implementation
• Strong experience in Adaptive MFA, OAuth, SAML, OpenID, FIDO
• Security Certification CISSP/CISA/ CISM is a plus.
• Master or bachelor's degree in information technology; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
• Knowledge on industry standards (NIST, DIACCC)
• Prior experience with customer data migration and strategy
• Design, configuration experience with multiple leading CIAM products (Auth0, Azure B2C, ForgeRock)
• Experience and understanding of OpenBanking, Third Party API security
• 5+ years of hands on experience in design & development, implementation of CIAM solution
• Knowledge on Verify.me, advanced ID proofing solutions
• Hands on experience working on programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL and other development frameworks.
• Working experience on cloud environment like AWS, Azure
• Knowledge of software development security and Agile methodology.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Risk Based Authentication, Fraud prevention techniques

To Qualify For The Role, You Must Also Have

• Be a strong team player with good communication skills.
• Operating systems: Linux, Unix Server, Windows 2012 Server or Later

Ideally, you'll also have

• Proactive technical and business acumens in determining priorities and managing multiple deliveries and deadlines
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
