The opportunity

EY's Cloud Engineering team seeks a talented M365 Architect to join our growing cloud practice. As an M365 Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and deliver innovative solutions that help our clients to navigate the ever-changing technology landscape. Your Key Responsibilities

As an M365 Architect, you will be responsible for delivering solutions across industries and helping clients:

• Champion your growth trajectory and learning interests to deepen your understanding of relevant trends, technology stacks and innovation strategies.
• Lead Modern Workplace solution architecture discussions with clients, scoping project schedules, effort, and resource requirements for recommended solutions that include document and records management, business process automation, information governance and protection of employee experience, apps, business intelligence dashboards, and more.
• Lead presales activities, leading proposals, and proposal teams of technical and non-technical resources in crafting appropriate M365 solution responses to everyday business challenges such as hybrid work enablement, employee experience, information protection and information governance, intelligent intranet portals, and document/records management portals.
• Time management is critical as you work efficiently across various clients, projects and industries with varying scopes and complexity simultaneously.
• Deliver projects in a multi-disciplinary team environment through proposal development, planning and executing key research, business analysis, process redesign, assessments, business case development, strategy and roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, ideation, solution design, and digital transformation implementation with applicable M365 features in including IaM and AAD side.
• Work closely and directly with clients to foster relationships by understanding their problems and advising on strategies and solutions to address common business challenges in the modern workplace.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Experience communicating (written and verbal) findings, recommendations, and other deliverables – including technical and business communications – across all client levels through the preparation of reports, presentations, analyses, and other deliverables
• Experience with M365, SharePoint (on-prem/Online), Azure AD, IaM, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection & Governance Configurations, eDiscovery, Retention/Disposition, and Sensitivity Labels experience.
• Experience working in a client-facing role in various industries and businesses; experience with Agile methodologies and user-centric design is a plus.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or cloud solution delivery.
• 5 – 7 years of advanced working knowledge of M365 (Share Point, O365) and how they work together to form solutions to everyday business goals and challenges.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Candidates with Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications will be considered an asset.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is highly desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Viva a plus.
• Experience with Power Platform a plus.
