As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll work with sales and delivery teams, offering technical design, architecture, and guidance to clients. Responsibilities include supporting sales, attending client meetings, providing training, assisting with bids, engaging with manufacturers, and collaborating with teams. We value experience in IT consulting, client-facing roles, technology certifications, and expertise in vendors and services. Strong communication, presentation, and goal-oriented skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Support our outbound sales team by providing technical design, architecture, and recommendations on new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with our Managed Services teams to support the creation of technology roadmaps for our clients, including recommending best practices for the business/industry, and map business requirements to technical solutions.
• Other duties shall be assigned as required.
• Engage directly with our key equipment manufacturers, vendors, and distributors to build relationships, learn new technologies and products, and gather knowledge that can be distributed throughout our business.
• Collaborate closely with our product development and marketing teams to support the design and launch of new products and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist on RFx bids by providing solution design, architecture, and technical content to be included in our response package(s).
• Provide product and service training to the sales team including network, infrastructure, cloud, security, and managed services.
• Attend meetings with clients to build relationships, gather technical & business requirements, deliver presentations, and propose relevant solutions, products, and services.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Microsoft’s cloud products and services including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams Voice, and Azure.
• Strong passion for technology and ability to connect it to business outcomes
• Strong understanding of security strategies, products, and services from leading vendors such as Microsoft, Sentinel One, Kaspersky, and Trend Micro.
• Deep technical expertise and experience with leading technology vendors such as Microsoft, HPE, Cisco, Aruba, Checkpoint, Cisco Meraki, VMWare, & Veeam.
• Strong understanding of managed services offerings including end-user IT support, network, and cloud.
• Strong understanding of the security requirements and best practices for commercial & enterprise businesses, including industry & insurance regulations and requirements.
• 3+ years of IT consulting experience for business clients
• Previous client-facing role, preferably in sales or sales support
