Network Analyst – M365 Jobs

5+ years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications.

8+ years of Network Analyst industry experience

3 years hands-on experience with Cisco OTV/ACI and the deployment of VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager (SRM).

2 years experience in developing front-end requirements for emerging technologies (feasibility, analysis and design phases).

- Transition Cisco ASA Firewalls to the Cisco Secure Firewall platform (formerly FTD, managed using FMC)

• provide cross training and knowledge transfer to team members.

Management Protocols – SNMP, SSH, Telnet, ICMP, CDP Security Protocols - VPN, IPSEC, GETVPN, TLS, SSL;

ITIL service delivery concepts, with a focus on Change, Incident, Problem and Service request management;

Experience with the following Cisco devices:

Substantial knowledge with Routing and Switching fundamentals Technical knowledge in:

Experience with WAN technologies (MPLS,VPLS, SD-WAN, Internet/DSL, ISDN);

Video over IP and Voice over IP experience with a solid understanding of QoS protocols would be an asset;

Working knowledge of ITIL service delivery concepts, with a focus on Change, Incident, Problem and Service request management;

Six years field experience in network discipline

Knowledge of common routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)

Knowledge of RSTP and other loop prevention protocols

Experience in a Connectivity Service Provider or Managed Services environment

Support network specialists and managed services specialties in solving the most complex technical problems.

Establish technical standards, build methods and educational material for network support and deployment specialists.

University degree in technology or equivalent experience

Proven experience in resolving complex "bugs" in telecommunications and security equipment from "bug" identification and its trigger to resolution.

Experience with documentation collaboration and project management systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Experience in a Connectivity Service Provider or Managed Services environment

Support network specialists and managed services specialties in solving the most complex technical problems.

• 10 + Experience in exploring and implementing automation for Proactive monitoring and reducing incident resolution time.

• Having CCIE , F5, Palo Alto, DC and SDWAN qualifications will be an definite plus

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies with new technologies like ACI and DNAC are a plus.

Experience with M365, SharePoint (on-prem/Online), Azure AD, IaM, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection & Governance Configurations, eDiscovery, Retention/Disposition, and Sensitivity Labels experience.

Experience working in a client-facing role in various industries and businesses; experience with Agile methodologies and user-centric design is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or cloud solution delivery.

Experience with Microsoft Viva a plus.

Experience with Power Platform a plus.

Minimum four (4) year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Experience with PowerShell, M365 migrations/implementations

Experience in change management processes for M365

1 of the following certifications is required: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate

Minimum of (5) years of experience M365 and Azure configuration, maintenance

Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading initiatives, creating user-impacting processes, and creating Administrator-grade documentation
