As an Associate Optometrist with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding eye care to our patients. We believe in a patient-centered approach, and your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive eye examinations and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

We take pride in offering an attractive compensation structure, with the Associate keeping80% of all exam fees generated and a $500 daily minimum. We do not base remuneration on selling glasses or products in the exam room. Our goal is to create a fulfilling and enriching experience for both you and our valued patients.
