To qualify for the role, you must have

5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow

Strong working knowledge in Discovery, clean up, etc.

Strong organization & standardization skills with the ability to prioritize & multi-task.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Extensive expertise in ServiceNow configuration

Exposure to older versions of ServiceNow

Manage/resolve a fi xed percentage of Service cases, prepare and educate team members

Experience in the following areas:

Provide recommendations for implementation and process improvement during banking conversions

Confi gure and implement core banking processing

Document client and internal discussions and decisions

Execute specifi c duties and groups of work as assigned
