Retail Product Manager Jobs

5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years product experience with SaaS platforms, ideally within an Ad Tech, eCommerce business.

Experience working in highly matrixed environment including solid stakeholder management.

Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet and other business management tools is expected.

Manage the product backlog including ongoing prioritization, grooming, and unblocking the development team to work as efficiently as possible.

Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on vision & roadmap.

Previous Retail or Restaurant experience preferred

* Must be experienced at executing in a fast-paced environment, with the possibility of juggling multiple projects/issues simultaneously

* Maintain an agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing.

* Participate in technical discussions with cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements.

* 4-6 Years of related experience.

Work Location: Hybrid (Wednesday and 1-2 other days)

Degree or diploma in business, management, marketing, similar discipline, or equivalent experience

Current knowledge of Information Technology offerings and trends pertaining to financial services

Collaborative work style with the ability to build rapport and partner effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts

Manage project costs and budgets

Develop strong key relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders using strong communication and diplomacy skills

Knowledge of current financial markets, products, and services, understanding the market, economic and regulatory forces that influence them

Minimum 5 years of merchandising management/ retail buying experience

Proven people management and leadership skills

Use those leadership skills to coach your colleagues, manage time lines and mentor future fashionistas.

University or College degree in Merchandising Management or Fashion Marketing or equivalent filed of study;

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
