Processing day to day transactions

Process calls received in the reception mailboxes.

Answer the telephone (customers, brokers, staff, etc.) and transfer calls to voicemail, if necessary.

Send calls to brokers by text message.

Process emails and respond or redirect to brokers.

Perform the reception of faxes and redirect to the persons concerned.

Make reservations for meeting offices and the conference room on request.

Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team

Payroll skills and use of common bookkeeping software is required; previous experience in QuickBooks Online and Payworks would be an asset.

Applying strong accounting skills, including A/P, A/R, purchasing orders and journal entries

Post-secondary education in bookkeeping or accounting

Two or more years of office or bookkeeping experience

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and procedures

What You Need To Know

Excellent conflict management skills using patience, empathy and collaboration

Excellent time management, organizational skills, able to manage multiple demands

Relevant post-secondary education/academic training with relevant experience

Demonstrated oral and written English skills, appropriate to the requirements of the position

Experience assisting people supported to grow in their skills

Proficient computer skills including a demonstrated ability to work with AIMS and Microsoft office products

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Community management and social media content support

Project management tools that facilitate teamwork among a dispersed, small group of digital marketing pros

Collaborate with project managers, design, development, content and social teams to align marketing efforts with client objectives and ensure brand continuity

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technical and emerging markets.

Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and driving targeted campaigns.
