7+ years of technology experience, with at least 2 years in tech team management.

Lead and manage the Tech team, ensuring productivity, development, and performance.

Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, AAD, Endpoint Manager, and more.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate solutions for procurement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal IT governance frameworks.

Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field.

8+ years of Business and /or Technical Analyst experience within Corporate Banking / Cash Management and /or Capital Markets

Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and Cash Management

Experience in drafting Interface requirement documents, IRD etc.

Collect and document requirements from key stakeholders across Payments, Core Banking & Liquidity, Fraud and Operations and others

Eliciting the requirements needed to carry out business processes including interviews, intelligence analysis and survey assessments.

Agile scrum environment and continuous integration experience

Performs in-depth system analysis to interpret business rules and requirements for technical systems

Responsible to document procedures, technical requirements and release notes that are appropriate for a technical or a non-technical audience

Creates actionable analysis using a diverse set of data and analytical capabilities and tools (excel, SQL, statistical analysis, etc.)

You will understand complex systems and help reorganize longstanding operating models to remove barriers to great experiences

Perform needs assessments and defines functional requirements of perspective business systems as required

A minimum 5 years’ experience at this level

Familiarity with industry-standard tools for requirements management and agile project management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts and processes into clear and concise requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand business processes, user needs, and market trends, and translate them into actionable requirements.

Define and document user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and system behaviour, to clearly communicate project expectations.

Engage in regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and development teams.

Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, including user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.

Experience in Project Management is preferred.

4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare or the medical education field.

Business Analysis certification is preferred.

Passion for technology and its role in transforming client processes and internal operations in medical education.

Experience with Quality Assurance is preferred.
