Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Mentoring new team members on the architecture and configuration processes of the new Active version.
  • Support production incidents for already rolled out MAWM, get involved in issue analysis and hyper care activities.
  • Working with Manhattan to highlight and support the resolution of base issues discovered during the unit and QA testing.
  • Picking up different functional areas of the warehouse, setting up the configuration on the Manhattan Active Product, and unit testing them.
  • Documenting all the functional flows in quick videos and documents to allow for easy references.
  • Outbound process flow Subject Matter Expert especially around setting up picking, packing, and replenishment in the most optimal ways.
  • Setting up roles and grants on the organizational level.
  • Manhattan Active EPI integration with in-house Route service - design, configuration, and unit testing
  • Working with product owners for requirements gathering and understanding WM 2013 setups.
What You Know
  • Strong experience in mentoring new team members on the architecture and configuration processes of the new Active version.
  • Hands-on experience in Support production incidents for already rolled out MAWM, getting involved in issue analysis and hyper care activities.
  • Manhattan Cloud Active WMS experience is a must.
  • Working experience with Postman and webservices.
  • Flexible work schedule to support production rollouts and incidents.
  • Experience in working with Manhattan to highlight and support resolving base issues discovered during the unit and QA testing.
  • In-depth experience in Manhattan Cloud Active WMS in the retail domain.
  • Should have experience working with offshore teams.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
Compensation Band
  • $110-120k per year
