Working with product owners for requirements gathering and understanding WM 2013 setups.

Manhattan Cloud Active WMS experience is a must.

Working experience with Postman and webservices.

Should have experience working with offshore teams.

In-depth experience in Manhattan Cloud Active WMS in the retail domain.

Strong experience in mentoring new team members on the architecture and configuration processes of the new Active version.

Minimum 5 years of Project and Program Management experience in Manhattan WMS

Defining the overall scope of the project

Align and conduct daily/weekly status review meeting

Providing WMS support to distribution-center management and end users

Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge. Experienced with WMS software and support (Highjump/Koerber One/Warehouse Advantage)

Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders in the business to develop requirements for changes to the system and workflow architecture.

Excellent attention to detail, sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Participate in the design/configuration/training of new software applications as required, including the preparation and management of user acceptance testing.

Education : Degree/Diploma in a supply chain related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Develop a clear understanding of the customer requirements and supporting business processes and translate these to specific WMS/TMS configuration requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3PL Supply Chain/Transportation industry.

Functional and/or technical knowledge of WMS and TMS software, Korber E3PL and 3GTMS are a definite asset.

Education: BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent education and experience.

Thorough knowledge of overall software architecture and related databases.

Comprehensive knowledge of system software engineering methodologies, principles and practices.

Comprehensive knowledge of software development tools and methods.

Comprehensive knowledge of related software languages.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Provide product consulting, transfer of knowledge to client team

Assist with configuration of solutions to meet customer requirements

Assist project team to manage client expectations to accomplish project success

Meet with customers and LBA team members to consult, configure, implement and support client requirements

Create or obtain test scripts to validate functionality against design requirements to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.

Experience in an operational setting or relevant discipline

Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain industry highly desirable. WMS (Warehouse Management System), RedPrairie/JDA, Manhattan, required.

Experience in the use of project management/planning software, required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred

Warehouse Management Systems experienced required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field, required.

Risk Management: Identifies and quantifies the project risk. Develops contingency plan.
