Intermediate Business Analyst - Digital Banking - Client Onboarding–

• Developing the future of business client on-boarding and have demonstrated success in our two applications
• Last year, we on-boarded over 90,000 clients in one such application, and are continually building new features to meaningfully grow these results
• Focus is on tools that relate to the Digital Business Client Onboarding experience, whether that is self-serve or assisted-serve tools
• Role: is within BFS Digital under the epiX program
• On-boarding business clients through digital self-serve and assisted-serve tools
• Team is hyper-focused on continuous improvement and delivering the highest business and client value in the features we prioritize
• Project scope includes gap analysis and documentation of business requirements on small to medium projects and programs
• Document and identify gaps in business processes through process mapping to illustrate current and future state
• EpiX is the bank’s Business Financial Services Transformation program, organized by Journeys and follow agile frameworks
• Acts as an individual contributor with general direction provided by a supervisor or manager
• Agile environment: KanBan for one lab, scrum in the other lab)

Intermediate Business Analyst - Digital Banking - Client Onboarding– Mandatory Skills

• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use
• Knowledgeable in business process modeling, process mapping.
• Experience in most facets of project lifecycle; proficient comprehension of project management methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment and discipline
• Bachelor’s degree. Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math is desirable
• Previous BA experience with bank, bonus if with this bank
• Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents
• Agile software (e.g., MURAL - strong experience with this is a MUST)
• Jira/Confluence (strong experience with this is a MUST)
• Familiarity with digital banking products
• 2-4 years’ experience as Business Analyst
