Senior Business Analyst-Banking Jobs

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project manage the implementation ofPaymentsISO20022 migration project
2. As a project manager will work with external implementation partner/vendor and internal departments like Cash Management, Funds Transfer & IT in providinghands-on leadership, process design, Subject Matter Expertise, training, testing
3. ConductBusinessAnalysis by working with internal SMEs andbusinessusers.Defining & executing abusinessprocess to facilitate migration to new vendor as part of Spectrum project
4. UAT execution withBusinessStakeholders
5. Work with externalPaymentsVendor on UAT Defect tracking & data migration
6. Working internal SMEs in analyzing the data integration between multiple source systems and work with IT team in developing the end solution
7. Managing resources, timeline, scope and customer expectations
8. Managing project deliverables with cross functional teams
9. Manage and participate in the following project activities:
10. Manage Project Plan and status reporting
11. Define functional specifications
12. Unit and integration testing during the course of the project
13. Executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with multiplebusinessstakeholder

Candidate Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing complex large-scale projects in Capital markets domain
2. Deep proficiency with Banking Paymentprocess (FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT)with solid understanding of cross-divisional interface with other bankingbusinessarea’s like Cash Management, Funds Transfer
3. Preferred Experience working withFIS E-Gifts platform or similar Payment Gateway Platform
4. Solid Knowledgeof BankPaymentsSystem Process flows & concepts Wires, Chips, SWIFT
5. Exposure to IBM MQplatformis preferred
6. Exposure to ISO20022 standardand related project execution
7. Solid knowledge of keybusinessprocesses in Deposit Operations including Core Banking Deposit systems Deposit systems
8. Experience in managing project delivery teams with agile and/or agile processes
9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people,engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritizebusinessneed
10. Excellent client interaction skills
