Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Pay Rate: $24
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2024-03-01 – set end date
Extension possible: possible
Conversion Possible: possible
Schedule: Monday-Sunday (Holidays included) between 8-10pm
Work Location (Remote, Hybrid or Both?): Flint Road – hybrid: on rotation, 2 weeks onsite, two weeks remote 50/50
Training: 4-6 weeks
Parking: free
SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
:
Reporting to the Manager, Merchant Delivery this position assists in the seamless, legendary merchant experience of POS installation\Support for merchant projects throughout Canada. Successful candidates will over see Work Order dispatching and completion, working with contracted installation vendors. Duties wound include but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Inventorying devices (Recording Serial\Device Information)
- Inbound Calls From Contractors
- Monitoring\Reporting on work activity for completion.

• Problem Solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• The ability to operate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced call centre
• Knowledge of Electronic Payment devices/Point of Sale systems preferred
• Knowledge of MFOCUS, BASE 24 and TEM\TMS an asset
Candidate must be able to work shifts in rotation. Call Centre is open 8:30am -10:00pm ET Monday to Sunday, including holidays. This role will require working from home and in the office in rotation.
MUST HAVE:
1. Data Entry – recording serial numbers – starting at 2 years
2. Technical Knowledge – Understanding how POS works, basic skills
3. MS Suites - excel, outlook, team intermediate experience
NICE TO HAVE:
1. French would be an asset
2. Higher level tech
3. Base24, M Focus
