Job Description
TalentWorld is currently looking for reliable candidates to fill various Bilingual Entry Level Back/Middle Office positions in the GTA for its client, a leading Canadian bank.


**Recent grads are welcome!**


The Bilingual Entry Level Back/Middle Office positions includes but not limited to Data Entry Clerks, Operation Officers, Service Officers, Administration, Customer Service etc. You must be French/English Bilingual fluent in reading and writing.


The Entry Level Back/Middle Office positions must have a good credit history and clear criminal record.


Qualifications


Bilingual Entry Level Back/Middle OfficeQualifications


  • Intermediate proficiency including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
  • VBA, Macro experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of credit cards, personal banking products, mutual funds, mortgages, FX products, payment processing, etc is an asset
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills
  • 50 WPM Typing Speed
  • Previous experience in related fields (customer service, data entry, administrative support, banking/financial services)
  • Ability to learn new applications and techniques quickly and effectively is an asset
  • Excellent organization, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Previous banking experience is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) is an asset.
  • High school education or GED required
  • Completion of CSC, IFIC, CPA or any other relevant designations is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced or high-volume environment


Employment Conditions


  • Location: Toronto
  • Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour
  • Contract Duration: 3-months up to 1 year — with the possibility of extension and conversion.
