Assist and aid assigned business departments in defining their priorities and manage their service expectations.

Accountable to elicit business rules, business requirements, data requirements, workflows, develop mockups, and support business processes.

Trace and validate requirements with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accuracy of documentation, obtaining necessary sign-off from business owner.

Responsible for the definition of packages of work, decomposition of packages into manageable sprints or iterations for development team.

4+ years of IT work experience in a business analysis role.

Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.

Develops, maintains, and executes a business plan, including relationship management strategies, to achieve customer retention objectives.

Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Understands customer needs and offers financial solutions that meet customer goals.

Develops client rapport and instils confidence to develop credibility and earn their trust as relationship manager.

Adheres to business banking lending processes, policies, procedures, legal, regulatory, audit, and ethical requirements.

Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business

Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients

• 10 Years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment

• 5 Years’ experience of work experience in a financial services industry

• 2-3 Years’ experience utilizing SQL

• 2-3 Years’ experience in MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio

• Prior Power BI experience

• Prior experience working with a Wealth Planning project

You have a thorough understanding of Risk Management policies and procedures.

5+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study desirable.

You have exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

You have in-depth analytical and problem solving skills, as well as data-driven decision making, with a customer-oriented approach.

You have amazing attention to detail and follow-through skills.

You have expert knowledge of banking practices and regulations is a must have.

Developing, retaining and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

5-8 years of experience as a BSA

3+ experience on an Agile project

Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently

Demonstrated experience working on Online banking and Mobile banking applications

Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and system specifications, business context diagrams and business process maps

Peer mentor for the branch team to level up skill sets and proficiency within the client experience.

Provide advice and fulfill advisory and sales solutions to ATB360 clients to enhance the overall entrepreneurial experience.

Successful completion of PB1 Milestone training to support advice based conversations, supporting and maintaining customer experience/relationships that are also revenue generating

Expert knowledge of current operating systems and customer sales tools (I.e. CSA, CRM, Onboarding Express, Customer Story etc)

Building strong partner relationships to create a remarkable and seamless client experience.
