Position Requirements
The successful candidate will be called to the Ontario bar and have:

• A keen interest to work on a variety of innovative banking matters including domestic and cross-border syndicated and corporate lending, asset based lending, project finance, and securitization matters;
• Superior communication, drafting skills and a strong attention to detail.
• A self-starter who embraces challenge and thrives in a fast-paced setting;
• 1 to 4 years of financial services or corporate experience gained from a leading law firm;
• Excellent academic credentials; and
