Listowel Chrysler has an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our leading team of professionals. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, results driven individual to fulfill our Financial Services Manager position within the dealership. The position offered is to be fulfilled for one year as our current Financial Services Manager is going on Maternity leave. As the Financial Services Manager, you will:
- Work closely with our customers to explain and recommend warranties, insurances, protections, and financing options
- Ensure deals are closed and funded in a timely manner
- Prepare all files with complete and proper documentation to lenders
- Obtain client credit information and submit application to lenders with accurate information
- Strong working relationships with lender representatives
- Verify all paperwork ensuring it is completed correctly
- Compliance with dealership policies and OMVIC regulations
- Communicate with the Sales team to educate about services offered, rates available, etc.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with all departments to ensure follow through
- Maintain confidentiality of pertinent information
- Prepare all documentation, contracts, registrations, etc. in relation to all sales/leases sold
About you:
- Two years of Financial Services experience
- Valid G Class Ontario Drivers license
- Must be OMVIC certified
- Excellent communication skills
- Dealership Management System experience
- Self motivated with high attention to detail
- Ability to provide the best possible customer experience
- Go-getter mentality with continuous innovation and skill development
