Reporting

• Supporting presentation materials for C-level strategic financial deliverables on a monthly basis
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting
• Support Services Finance P&L by providing monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range budget/forecast
• Preparing monthly review materials for executive management - responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content

Financial Analysis

• Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic direction
• Provide ad hoc support and financial modelling for specific Tech related projects, producing actionable insights

Invoice Processing

• Collaborate with all Services expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in SAP/Coupa
• Reconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/ invoices
• Process invoices for payment within contractual payment terms
• Communicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teams

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• 2-3 years finance/accounting relevant professional experience
• OneStream/SAP knowledge is preferred
• Self-started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
