- Ensure that adjustment KPI is met
- Owner of data and reporting deliverables for the reconciliation process (K2 Tool, SOX requirements, Platform Revenue Data etc.)
- Assist the Sr Manager to support other team members with their duties
- Consult on the implementation of systems for the reconciliation component by ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Oversee and accountable for reconciliation duties for all Media Platforms (TV, Digital, Sports, OOH etc.)
- On a monthly basis review the reasons for adjustments and work with other stakeholders to improve the process
- Decision Maker-able to provide Decisions that impact sales for make goods and or errors in advance for customer experience while doing recon.
- Independently manage communication and processes with internal/external stakeholders
- Cross trained on all processes of the Recon Operations Team
- Subject Matter Expert and solid end to end knowledge of all order management systems across all platforms (S4M, WideOrbit, MSG, Cynch, and Operative 1 etc.)
- Consult on enhancements and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance of company’s standard operating procedures and SOX requirements are met
- Ownership for the K2 Tool functions and improvements
- Oversee and Support on process documentation and training manuals for existing and new processes
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Autonomous, rigour and strong organizational skills, problem solving, Customer Experience Knowledge an asset
- Ability to manage critical and complex files
- Order Management system knowledge (MSG, S4M, Operative 1, WideOrbit, etc.)
- Possess a solution-oriented mindset and be able to make recommendations
- Ability to provide leadership to other members of the team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), with a strong attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team environment with peers and superiors across organizational lines
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and an adaptable and collaborative style; takes actions that respect the needs and contributions of others and works effectively in teams to accomplish organizational goals; embraces change and is open and flexible to new ideas and approaches
- Identifies and prioritizes high importance requests both internally and with clients; detail orientation with strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
