• 10 Years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment

• 5 Years’ experience of work experience in a financial services industry

• 2-3 Years’ experience utilizing SQL

• 2-3 Years’ experience in MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio

• Prior Power BI experience

• Prior experience working with a Wealth Planning project

Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities

Extensive experience working with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, Wordpress

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain external relationships

Experience previously working in the medical device/women's health industry is an asset

This position oversees various aspects of intraday liquidity management including cash position forecasting and the CAD End-of-Day Settlement Balance Management

• Experience in working as Senior Business Analysts in Commercial Banking with special focus on RISK domain

• Preferred Experience working with Moodys Credit Lens platform or similar Platform

• Knowledge/Exposure to Dual Risk Rating Framework is a plus

• Solid Knowledge of Commercial Banking Risk area related to Customer Ratings & Loan Ratings

• Solid knowledge of key System & business processes in Deposit, Loans area

Post-secondary education at the University or College level in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics OR equivalent work experience.

Experience in the field of Canadian Agriculture (educational or working).

A working knowledge of competitor offerings and alternate sources of financing.

A strong knowledge of business financial statements, especially the Agriculture segment.

A working knowledge of economic conditions and political events affecting small business, especially the Agriculture segment.

Provide specialized Agriculture expertise and business/finance advice which increases the small business owner's ability to succeed in their business.

4+ years of work experience in banking, credit management, or a related field

Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively

Strong knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, risk assessment, financial forecasting, and financial regulations

Strong market and liquidity evaluation and analytical skills

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

BA in Management/ BSA/ ISM

1-2 years of relevant work experience in corporate lending / corporate finance would be an asset but is not required
