Business Analyst( Banking ) Jobs

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project manage the implementation of Payments ISO20022 migration project
2. As a project manager will work with external implementation partner/vendor and internal departments like Cash Management, Funds Transfer & IT in providing hands-on leadership, process design, Subject Matter Expertise, training, testing
3. Conduct Business Analysis by working with internal SMEs and business users. Defining & executing a business process to facilitate migration to new vendor as part of Spectrum project
4. UAT execution with Business Stakeholders
5. Work with external Payments Vendor on UAT Defect tracking & data migration
6. Working internal SMEs in analyzing the data integration between multiple source systems and work with IDB IT team in developing the end solution
7. Managing resources, timeline, scope and customer expectations
8. Managing project deliverables with cross functional teams
9. Manage and participate in the following project activities:
10. Manage Project Plan and status reporting
11. Define functional specifications
12. Unit and integration testing during the course of the project
13. Executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with multiple business stakeholder

Candidate Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing complex large-scale projects in Capital markets domain
2. Deep proficiency with Banking Payment process (FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT) with solid understanding of cross-divisional interface with other banking business area’s like Cash Management, Funds Transfer
3. Preferred Experience working with FIS E-Gifts platform or similar Payment Gateway Platform
4. Solid Knowledge of Bank Payments System Process flows & concepts Wires, Chips, SWIFT
5. Exposure to IBM MQ platform is preferred
6. Exposure to ISO20022 standard and related project execution
7. Solid knowledge of key business processes in Deposit Operations including Core Banking Deposit systems Deposit systems
8. Experience in managing project delivery teams with agile and/or agile processes
9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business need
10. Excellent client interaction skills
