Qualification & Experience:

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Business Data Analyst Experience in Retail Banking like Cards, Loans, Mortgages and Deposits
• Taking ownership on deliverable in an onsite-offshore model and deliver on time
• Experience in in Finance Data warehousing projects as Data Analyst
• Prior Genesis experience is nice to have.
• Experience in creating Source to Target mapping documents, writing and reviewing BRDs, FRDs, etc.
• Work with business directly, gather and understand requirements, analyze requirements.
• Good experience on SQL queries .
• Strong ability to multitask several items & work independently
• Complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Project implementation methodology
