Overview A Banking Associate is a professional who provides financial services to customers in a bank or other financial institution. They are responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, such as opening and closing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing advice on financial products and services. Detailed Job Description Banking Associates are responsible for providing customer service to clients of the bank or financial institution. They must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the bank and be able to explain them to customers. They must also be able to answer customer questions and provide advice on financial matters. Banking Associates must be able to process deposits and withdrawals, open and close accounts, and process loan applications. They must also be able to identify and resolve customer issues and complaints. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of banking products and services
