**:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in either Moncton or Halifax. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:** Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their banking needs are met.

2. **Banking Expertise:** Leverage your 1+ years of banking experience to advise customers on various financial products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.

3. **Account Management:** Assist customers in opening and managing their accounts, including processing transactions, updating account information, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

4. **Problem Resolution:** Effectively identify and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies, ensuring a positive customer experience.

5. **Cross-selling:** Identify opportunities to promote additional banking services and products to customers based on their financial goals and needs.

6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our internal systems.

7. **Compliance:** Ensure all banking activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.


**Qualifications:** 1. **1+ years of Banking Experience:** Proven track record in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.

2. **Customer Service Skills:** Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.

3. **Problem-Solving:** Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

4. **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer accounts and transactions.

5. **Team Player:** Collaborative attitude, working effectively within a team environment.

6. **Computer Proficiency:** Familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office applications.

7. **Location:** Must be based in Moncton or Halifax, with a willingness to work at either location as needed.
