Senior Business Analyst -10+Years Experience

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst - Senior for one of our clients.

Job Title: Business Analyst - Senior

Location: Toronto Ontario (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Employment: Contract

Responsibilities:

·Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysisand QA testingservices to ensure documentation and stable release of the RPMS application upgrade and integration with the latest SharePoint technology.

·Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand the needs, analyze requirement gaps and complete the documentation as required.

·Complete development of QA testing artefacts and QA testing of the upgraded RPMS application.

·Work with business users and technical teams to ensure adequate business documentation and comprehensive testing is completedto ensure a stable release to Production.

General Skills:

·Knowledge and experience working with systems enabling fulfillment and processing of cost share funding programs as it relates to farmers, producers, meat processors etc.

·Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc.

·Conducts business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects

·Develops Quality Assurance (QA) artefacts, and executes testing to ensure full coverage for testing of the RPMS application

·Develops QA final report on the assessment of the RPMS upgrade development release to determine if it is stable for a production Go-Live.

·Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills

·A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

·Knowledge and experience working with enterprise systems

·Conduct business analysis and updates of workflow processes ensuring expected business outputs.

·Developing QA artefacts (i.e. test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data) and QA test execution especially regression testing.

·Experience with defect management, end to end testing, AODA testing including integration testing of enterprise applications through the use of web services (WSDL, XML).

·Experience testing with technologies (SharePoint and MS Dynamics).
