·Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc.

Strong project management skills - planning, building, testing, change management, delivery, and measurement.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate, present, exchange, challenge, and influence at various levels of the organization.

Demonstrated strength in communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Build a case management process and track all cases across the region.

Ensure internal processes and procedures are in line with legislative requirements and best practice in each country in AMER.
