The Role


The Employee Experience Manager leads strategic people initiatives and designs best-in-class employee experiences to drive higher employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. With a focus on designing, deploying, and optimizing HR initiatives and programs in an employee centric way, the successful candidate will also have experience in project and stakeholder management, digital engagement, process design, and an overall passion for elevating workplace experiences.


What you will do:

  • Create and maintain a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee to stay connected and aligned on priorities, perspectives, and approaches;
  • Operate at the organizational level to obtain input, achieve buy-in, introduce programs, obtain feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Collaborate on the design and deployment of a performance management framework that aligns individual performance and metrics to organization strategy, Values, Vision, and Mission;
  • Conduct employee life cycle analyses to determine practices that enhance or detract from the employee experience. Collaborate with leaders and employees to continually evolve the experience to retain key talent;
  • Develop an employee feedback program that uses a variety of approaches (focus groups, pulse surveys) to gather input into business decisions, priorities, and actions. Assist the organization in taking meaningful actions that increase employees’ connections and contributions to strategy;
  • Own employee onboarding to ensure a “best-in-class” experience;
  • Champion a positive and engaging culture. Assist the organization in delivering a meaningful and valuable employee experience at all points of the employee life cycle;
  • Implement change practices that address organizational opportunities and generate employee commitment. Draw linkages between cultural initiatives and business metrics. Collaborate on communications to increase employees’ connection to business priorities and outcomes;


What you bring:

  • University degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent required;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engagement and/or organizational development roles;
