Job Description
Attention all budding administrative assistants!!
We have an amazing opportunity for those who are looking to work with a giant multinational technology company focusing on e-commerce, and tech solutions.
This is a 6 weeks contract in DT Toronto, it's great for anyone looking to set a foot in the door and get experience within an amazingly fast-growing industry.
If you have customer services skills, had recently graduated, or have experience in retail, hospitality or business/admin environment, read on:

Responsibilities
  • Providing the best workplace experience to employees
  • Supporting the mailroom team
  • Processing ID and badges for internal personnel
  • Support internal employees with virtuous enquiries
  • Granting access to anyone in the building
Qualifications
  • Experience with customer services, retail, hospitality or office services
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Post Secondary education completed
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to enter and organize data within spreadsheets
