Your Opportunity
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as a Junior Business Analyst, specializing in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace.   • Collaboration and Communication: Partnering effectively with senior consultants and project teams to deliver tailored Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. Your ability to articulate requirements, feedback, and potential solutions will be key.

Your Experience and Education:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management & Information Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and services, particularly pertaining to Modern Work. Previous exposure to Microsoft Viva, intranet design, and document management systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for collaborating in a team-based environment.
  • A self-starter attitude with a hunger for learning and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
