Your Role and Responsibilities


This position resides in Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC and is a 4 month work term commencing in September 2023. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term.


The Intern selected for this position will help the offering team with market and trends research in the payments workspace by documenting and sharing outcomes with the team. They will also collaborate with preparation of presentation that will be used to expose the diverse team initiatives. In the process, the intern will gain knowledge of the payments market and trends for high value payments and corporate payments worldwide. They will be able to interact and learn from a dynamic and highly skilled team of professionals.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • MS Office products that will be used for documentation and analysis purposes
  • Credit Check required.
  • Must be eligible to work 4 months starting in September
  • Studies in conduction, international markets, banking, etc.


Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise


  • Prior exposure to any type of related electronic payments processing, banking or treasury is desired. Standards such as ISO20022.
  • Registered in a formal co-op/internship program
  • Knowledge about regulatory and compliance bodies such as OFAC also desired.

Location Statement

This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions.
