Support maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System (CMS) meeting all internal and external compliance requirements.

Support maintenance of a Vendor Management Program in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Support the operation of the Corporate Governance Framework: policies & procedures oversight, and committee management.

What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?

Experience in analyzing data and web design would be considered an asset

Knowledge of communication techniques, desktop publishing, word-processing, presentation, web-authoring, social media, blog and e-newsletter applications

Exceptional project management, and organizational skills

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience

Past experience or education in HR is an advantage
