Growth Marketing - Connected Technology and Activation


Growth Marketing exists to accelerate our technology and growth capabilities so we operate at the forefront of digital marketing. Through technology and an audience-first approach, Growth Marketing focuses on data-driven decision-making, process simplification, and driving increased output, productivity, engagement, and revenue. Within Growth Marketing's Connected Technology and Activation team, the Associate Specialist, Activation (Associate Marketing Specialist, In-Game) is responsible for content programming and management of audiences across channels for campaign activation. You will operationalize an audience first approach within the In-Game channel to maximize growth and engagement. You will focus on various games in our portfolio (e.g. FC, Madden), working with teams to identify opportunities for automation and scaled support. You will report into the Manager, Activation as a part of the newly formed Activation team.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with cross-functional teams on messaging deployment strategies, unblock campaign plans, and define optimal execution (e.g. Campaign structure, Experimentation setup)
  • Manage the deployment of in-game messages, creation of audiences, monitoring of campaign delivery, and risk assessment for messaging that will deploy to our players globally
  • Draft and socialize title-specific process documentation and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements with an emphasis on process optimization and automation
  • Support Manager with projects enhancing Growth Marketing capabilities across other channels like Email and Paid Media


Qualifications


  • Experience working with Airtable (preferred) or other database equivalents (e.g. monday.com , Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects among a wide range of stakeholders
  • Digital channel, including Email
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, engagement/lifecycle marketing, MarTech, AdTech, or system automation that can be inclusive of:
  • Investigative mindset
  • Database-driven marketing
  • Experience with content management systems, content programming or ad trafficking tools
  • Subscription services
