About Mastercard Foundation
- Utilize multiple content formats considering purpose and audience for reach,
- Manage agency relationships related to the website.
- Continually work to improve our website experience by reviewing key pages and hubs and creating innovative solutions,
- Develop and execute the website strategy and roadmap for the Foundation's website,
- Actively engage programs and country teams to submit content for production,
- Manage the creation of the website initiatives,
- Maintain an efficient content creation and curation process,
- Edit content for clarity, conciseness, and digital delivery,
- Oversee the maintenance of microsites and provide recommendations,
- Align and interact with key internal and external stakeholders to gather input and develop content,
- Develop the content calendar and maintain it with the contribution from the relevant teams,
- Develop creative packages of content that speak to our various target markets and campaigns and align with the voice and tone of the Foundation,
- Ensure consistency of the Foundation's branding and editorial standards,
- Create regular reports that provide a thorough analysis of data, key learnings, and recommendations/action plans,
- Monitor website metrics and create and execute data-driven strategies,
- Utilize multiple tools and platforms to provide in-depth analysis of our website.
- Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of content,
- Monitor traffic to the site and create successful campaigns to increase engagement,
- Assistance in developing web-specific budgets related to platforms and projects,
- Review structure of content and provide recommendations,
- Review prototypes of web components and their effectiveness in the delivery of content, and provide recommendations,
- Work alongside Lead, Digital to develop content structure and taxonomy,
- Assist with the image selection for main pages,
- Attend regular status meetings,
- Oversee the content migration from WordPress to our new content management system,
- Working alongside external agencies, providing feedback on web-specific and microsite work.
- Ability to review projects and establish efficient systems for completion.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, and acquisition.
- Strong understanding of UX, site architecture, usability, design, SEO.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver who can work well in a team and independently.
- Strong experience in Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Figma, Photoshop, and other tracking tools.
- A minimum of seven (7+) years’ experience in Website Design/Management and Digital.
- Pulse on web trends and optimization.
- Implement high-performing SEO strategy and coordinate cross-functional website projects.
- Outstanding communication and organization skills.
- Manage multiple and potentially competing priorities.
- Extensive experience with WordPress and Drupal.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Mastercard Foundation’s values and vision.
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.
- Partner with global teams to produce exceptional content.
- Flexible, adaptable, agile, and able to execute a range of job duties with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Possess professional maturity, sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable integrity that exemplify the Foundation’s values.
- Proven experience in web and content strategy formulation, editorial calendar building and growth of users.
