About the Job:

Mindwire is currently seeking a Business Support Analyst to work for our valued Federal Government client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues;
• Collaborate with cybersecurity team to define requirements for those applications
• Participate in the Change Management Advisory Board;
• Update and maintain Concept of Operations
• Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems;
• Support and maintain commercially off-the-shelf Software and Corporate Applications for the duration of the contract;
• Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements;
• Create and maintain an application roadmap based on requirements
• Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly;

• Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions;
• Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems;
• Address client issues promptly and accurately;
• Onboarding Cybersecurity tools in the Digital Solutions ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within the first six (6) months
• Address client issues promptly and accurately;
• Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions;
• Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues;
