Application Support Analyst Jobs

Charger Logistics is seeking a well-rounded individual who can support our in house developed web applications and work closely with Product and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work on developing and enhancing tools and dashboards for debugging analyzing and fixing production issues.
• Work with the Implementations teams providing application health checks to support the smooth transition and integration to production environments.
• Analyze the day to day production issues reported by users or stakeholders.
• Help development team in root cause analysis of the issues.
• Develop/update operational processes and operational framework documents on an ongoing basis.

• Strong Analysis and problem finding skills.
• Front end experience with Angular and WPF preferably.
• Nice to have work experience with Elastic Search.
• Creation of Web APIs in .NET and .NET Core environment.
• Experience with MS SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Nice to have knowledge of Azure Function Apps and Azure Storage.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases.
• 2 plus years of development experience.
• IT Standards, Methodologies, SDLC, SLA, audit requirements.
