Netsuite Business Analyst Jobs

Role and Responsibilities :

Result-oriented, business analyst with experience in business systems implementation, finance, and accounting operations in NetSuite ERP system

• Act as subject matter expert and guide business leaders to make required process changes to take full advantage of the capabilities of the NetSuite ERP system
• Assist with the implementation of BI tools, developing dashboards, and building out/customizing reports out of NetSuite.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for business and accounting workflows / processes, as implemented in NetSuite
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed business requirements, including business use cases, process workflows, traceability matrices as well as report mock-ups
• Responsible for developing business requirements for integrated management information systems across all operations, finance & accounting functions.
• Work closely with Development team (in-house and vendor teams), Project Manager and testing team to ensure business requirements are implemented as intended
• Drive change management and process improvement intiatives to identify and implement streamlined solutions
• Support end users in different business functions to develop NetSuite scripts, workflows, and searches and support future integrations
• Responsible for NetSuite related process improvements, upgrades, enhancements and end-user trainings
• Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and expected outcome by conducting requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting, Management Information Systems or related field

Experience:

• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Experience demonstrating strong understanding of full cycle accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, journal entries and period-end close process
• Strong business acumen, technical expertise, and communication skills
• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst implementing ERP systems including NetSuite application
