:

• Must have – Excellent understanding of Capital market, Investment Banking
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Consult with business end users to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions.
• Good to have – Strong understanding of functional architecture in Banking and Financial services
• Proven interpersonal, stakeholder management, data analysis, influencing, planning and prioritization skills.
• Analyse business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
• Good to have – Good Understanding of business functions, process flows and data flows from front to bank for any of the banking products
• Ability to understand the current system and write functional specifications for new enhancements.
