The Partnerships team works on relationship-management, reporting, analytics, and strategy related to the growth of our direct to consumer personal lines distribution channels. As a member of this team you will deliver reporting, insights, and support for the overall strategy to meet organizational goals and drive better business outcomes for our customers, our partners, and Aviva.

What You’ll Do

• Working with internal stakeholders to arm them with reporting, and insights to make better business decisions
• Creating presentation materials like slide-decks and reports
• Monitoring and identifying trends through to their root cause and suggesting how the business might respond
• Developing and executing strategic initiatives to improve business outcomes
• Using data to drive and support marketing strategy and initiatives
• Reporting and multi-factor analysis on the state of the business

What You’ll Bring

• 2y+ in a business/marketing/competitive-intelligence analyst or working Manager role
• Create dashboards and other reporting tools for internal use
• Ability to think through complex problems by performing high-quality in-depth data analyses
• Experience making data-driven business decisions leading to better business outcomes
• 4y+ Insurance industry experience (experience in Ontario Auto insurance required)
• Answer data inquiries with visual representations of data and clear explanations
• Create and maintain reports on business performance
• Educational equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a like-discipline. Equivalent work experience equally-valued.
