Implementation – 75%

• Prepare scope resulting from personalization sessions to provide proposed solutions for
• Solution delivery for all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
• Use industry experience, business analysis, and best practices within NetSuite to solve clients’ most complex business problems.

• Work with your technical team members to build, develop, and test customized solutions.

• Lead full-cycle Netsuite assessments, implementation projects, Ad Hoc support engagements, and larger initiatives by translating business requirements into Netsuite designs as requested by the client.
• Solution consultant during pre-sales activities to ensure accurate scoping of future projects.
• Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite Process Areas.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite

Resource Management – 25%

• Assist with company growth by providing recruiting support through interviewing candidates and working closely with leadership and the talent team on hiring decisions
• Maintain a solid understanding of incoming project pipeline, plan, and forecast in order to manage available resources and advise on future supply and demand.
• Train and onboard new hires with a top focus on providing a positive employee experience. Align new hires to Suitesucess Methodologies and ensure they have the support needed for a successful start and future for the firm.
• Manage optimal utilization of resources by working closely with the consultants, updating their availability, monitoring timesheets, and keeping a close eye on the projects they work on.
• Identify gaps and conflicts that will arise in the consultants' schedule and find proactive solutions to address them.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the use of consultants' time and perform various analyses, as needed.
• Maintain and manage the skills matrix for all consultants, both technical and functional.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience as a Netsuite Consultant and have led multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Strong background in accounting/finance, consulting, and advisory services
• Acted in a solution architect capacity across varying project sizes and complexity
• Experience in project and resource management, forecasting of projects, and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong experience in customizing, implementing, and configuring within the Netsuite ecosystem
• Comprehensive knowledge of Netsuite methodologies
