Markham Fertility has helped thousands build their family through assisted reproduction and continues to set the bar high for the delivery of high quality, compassionate care. Markham Fertility Centre is looking for exceptional candidates to fill a number of key administrative roles including:

• Medical Office Executive Assistant. This position provides medical office and executive support to one of the three exceptional physician-owners of Markham Fertility. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day functioning of the medical office while maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and service to patients.

• Administrative Lead for the Lab: This position has the opportunity to work in one of the top assisted reproductive labs in the country. The role plays a key role in managing the administrative aspects of the lab operation, which includes inventory management, lab preparatory work, scheduling and coordination, clinical data entry, and general administrative support to ensure an efficient, well functioning lab environment.

• Administrative Lead for the Donor and Surrogacy Program. This position has the opportunity to work in a highly rewarding area of donor and surrogacy, where you will work as the primary liaison between donors, surrogates, nursing, physicians, and agencies to support the family building dreams of intended parents. This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding role.

• Financial Counsellor. This position plays a primary role in supporting patients in understanding the financial aspects of their care at Markham Fertility Centre. The Counsellor reviews fees, answers patient questions, provides guidance and invoices patients for non-funded services. The Financial Counsellor also provides financial and bookkeeping back-up support to the Lead Financial Coordinator, as needed.
