Job Description
We have a Bookkeeper/Administration Staff position available with our client, which might interest you. I am contacting you on behalf of Consortium Staffing Solutions, we are a recruitment firm and fulfill all staffing needs for our clients. Location: Mississauga


Job type: Full Time


Wage: Up to $27/hr
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 8 am to 5 Pm
Jobs & Responsibilities
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Accounting using Quick books.
  • Maintains an accurate account receivable aging report.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.
  • Follows up with clients on overdue balances.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Maintain Payroll.
Skills
  • Familiar with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advance level).
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
  • Proficient with Sage50 software is must.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
  • Proven bookkeeping experience.
