Bookeeper / Accountant Jobs

We are actively seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant with a passion for financing, and numbers and the desire to find a flexible, part-time position to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and maintaining mortgage files
• Liaison with our Shareholders
• Preparing and processing discharge statements
• Completing a full set of books up to financial statements
• Preparation of audit papers
• Reconciliation of banks and accounts receivable

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an Accountant or similar role 2 to 3 years experience with Sage (Simply Accounting)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy of records
• Time management skills
• Be able to work with no supervisions

Job Type: Part-time

• Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
• Part-time hours: 30 per week
• Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

• Secondary School (preferred)
