Title: PM ERP

Location: Brampton, ON (Need to visit 3 days onsite)

Work Activities:

• Actively monitoring project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively working with project teams to identify solutions to address them in advance.
• Being involved in all aspects of the project, monitoring day-to-day activities of internal/external project teams and ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Providing project status reporting both to clients and Implementation partner management team.
• Planning and organizing, by effectively managing priorities, all aspects of the project based on scope of work and goals.
• Work closely with internal enterprise stakeholders, external vendors, and consultants to ensure successful ERP system integration and customization.
• Managing schedules, budgets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Services, Operations, and IT, to gather requirements, define project deliverables, and create a detailed project plan.
• Coordinate and manage project team members' activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards.

What you bring to the team:

• Ability to work with large scale ERP projects with Tier1 ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, JDE, Dynamics365, etc.);
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proven experience in client facing role.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Autonomy and leadership.
• Consulting experience (asset).
• Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Projects.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (asset).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in PM tools including but not limited to Jira Confluence etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding and application of Agile concepts such as Scrum/SAFe and Agile workflow methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including developing project plans, managing resources, and tracking progress.
• Managed ERP implementation projects (preferably Oracle Cloud).
• Minimum five (5) years experience in IT Project Management, specifically ERP Transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on identifying and resolving issues on time.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation, data migration, system integration, and change management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
