Our client requires an ERP Project Manager to lead a new implementation:

PMP Certified is an asset

Minimum five (5) years experience in IT Project Management, specifically ERP Transformation.

Excellent project management skills, including developing project plans, managing resources, and tracking progress.

Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation, data migration, system integration, and change management.

Providing project status reporting both to clients and Implementation partner management team.

Managing schedules, budgets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.

Evaluate business processes and necessary reporting, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Provide guidance for new data collection with recommended processes and quality requirements.

3-5 years of relevant project management experience.

Ensure consistent use of standard project management tools.

Proficiency in project management fundamentals.

Review project proposals to understand project scope, time frames, resource allocation, and staffing requirements.

Collaborate with the project team to develop work plans and assign duties and responsibilities.

Manage contract-related matters and act as the main point of contact for vendors and customers.

Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.

10+ years hands-on ERP experience as a functional analyst, including experience with multiple ERP processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, HTR)

Extensive experience in business analysis, and implementing business process modelling and improvement, data modelling, prototyping, and systems integrations.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA) a plus.

Knowledge of software requirements for the auditing of financial systems and procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advance Excel skills

Experience using Power Query and Sage SEI Report Writer tool or similar (Crystal Reports, SSRS, PowerBI)
