In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle ERP in the organization from scratch.

Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.

Translate business requirements into a conceptual system design (including but not limited to business requirements document, high-level use cases, prototypes/mockups).

10+ years hands-on ERP experience as a functional analyst, including experience with multiple ERP processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, HTR)

Extensive experience in business analysis, and implementing business process modelling and improvement, data modelling, prototyping, and systems integrations.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA) a plus.

- Working with database administrators to ensure efficient and secure data management within Oracle databases.

- Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Designing, configuring, and implementing ERP systems to meet business requirements.

- Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and develop solutions to streamline processes.

- Experience working with MQ (message queue) technologies for data integration and communication.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

· 7+ years of experience working as IT Business System Analyst

· Functional understanding of Finance & Procurement processes

· Design & Develop Business Process flows for the IT application development requirements

· Contribute to the initiative planning by providing the high-level requirements and estimates

· Manage projects activities as assigned by project manager

Knowledge of the legislative framework, OPS Directives, Policies, Practices, OPS financial analysis, budget management and administration principles, practices and processes.

Develop policies, processes and standard operating procedures for all financial and procurement processes in the ERP solution - Finance Module.

Develop quality assurance and user acceptance testing programs to ensure financial systems meet stated requirements.

Relevant experience in financial system/ERP system configuration, implementation, administration and oversight.

Experience working with the Ontario Government Integrated Financial Information System (IFIS) is preferred. (IFIS is an adapted version of Oracle Financials)

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Visio, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and/or Prince2 Practitioner certification are required. Scrum Master certification is a desirable asset.

Adapt best practices and tools for project execution and management based on unique client situations and contexts.

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to the project baseline.

Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including the development of relevant artifacts.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities when appropriate.

Experience working on consolidations and with multi legal entities.

Technical background and D365 configuration experience (Nice to have).

Testing of a banking integration functionalities using SKGlobal Treasury Automation Suite (SKGlobal reference is nice to have).

Designing, creating and documenting several required workflows.
